      Culture - a sense of community and belonging from day 1. Dutchie makes a real effort even as a remote first company to establish, maintain and foster the cuture and collective mission that attracted me to the company in the first place. Accessibility - it seems like everyone is available to you - no one is off limits. Mission-driven - everyone is working towards the same goal.
