      Best R&D team I've personally been a part of. The level of talent is amazing. Learn something new ever day, senior leadership is very technical, tech is the priority.

      Many timelines can seem unrealistic, have had many late nights.

      Dutchie has a very effective leadership team with a clear vision and identified goals and KPIs. Growth is clear and career goals are well developed. Managers make sure their employees understand what success looks like.

      Cons

      Great for people who like work from home and a distributed workforce, not great if you want to be in office 5 days a week.
