      Some growing pains, but good people and tons of potential

      Pros

      - As industry leader in cannabis tech, there is palpable excitement for the future of the company and the opportunities ahead - Nearly everyone here is a team player; lots of really smart, helpful and thoughtful people who want to help each other grow, succeed and do good work - Very flexible work culture for most Engineering teams - ERGs and interesting company-wide events & programs outside of just the work - Company off-sites are fun and frequent

      Cons

      - There have been some missteps / fumbles along the way in terms of leadership turnover, budgeting and staffing decisions - Lots of projects get started and abandoned; sometimes long-term objectives aren't super clear or seem to shift a lot - Teams can feel pretty siloed - Platform stability issues have made for a tense atmosphere at times but progress is being made

      - the managers truly do care about the person first - the CSM team members are always willing to help each other - flexible schedule if you get your work done

      Cons

      - cannabis is very hard, it's always changing which means the product has to change but it's not always a quick switch - hard to find answers - POS system is very complex
