Some great things, some things we could improve

Pros

The people at Dutchie are amazing, from top to bottom. We have some of the most knowledgable people in the industry. They're our biggest resource. I love the fast-paced nature of an ever-changing industry. Love that we've re-doubled efforts on being more customer-centric. Experimental & do-it-yourself nature is appreciated and often rewarded.

Cons

- There are a lot of individualized processes, but we've been working to get on the same page in R&D. - Industry is incredibly fast moving. This is a pro for the right person, but it is worrisome and chaotic for a lot of other people. - Interview rounds leave some perspective hires feeling a less than stellar. - Can feel like there's not enough time in the day, but that's similar to any job with a lot of 3rd party, customer or vendor contact.

Thanks for sharing your thoughtful review with constructive feedback. We've seen a lot of positive changes in recent months in the way teams communicate (including R&D), but know there's always room to continually improve for better alignment. We agree with you 100% - our employees are are biggest and best resource. The value we lean hardest on is “All about the customer," and it shows in our team's ability to maneuver and change in a fast-paced industry.

The Dutchie Experience

Pros

The people here are awesome, everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgable about their jobs. I feel as though Dutchie does a great job at hiring quality people. Freedom of self-expression is amazing here, I feel extremely comfortable. Benefits and time off are great. This is one of the first times I've felt like a job was genuinely concerned about work life balance. Fully remote company is life-changing.

Cons

Smaller company sometimes often means less resources. No 401k matching unfortunately.
