      Great people, great engineering culture

      Pros

      - interview pipeline does a good job selecting empathetic, smart folks with good communication skills. I truly like and respect the people I work with - engineering culture is open and flexible--if you have an idea to make something better, it'll be welcomed and earnestly discussed (no "well this is how we've always done it" stagnancy) - cannabis is a fun space to work in. The industry is very fluid and constantly presents new challenges

      Cons

      - moderately high leadership turnover (at the upper-middle levels) in the past year or two, which sometimes trickles down and destabilizes IC work, roadmaps, etc - pay/benefits are decent but not excellent. Heavy emphasis on options-based comp in the past ~year or so (which may be a pro or a con depending on your perspective)

      Solid work/life balance, wild ride

      Pros

      Solid work/life balance, flexible scheduling, great benefits and pay, culture is a big focus.

      Cons

      Look, the company blitz scaled and is playing catch up. This has left organization a bit lacking at times.
