      We’ve done a lot of work to increase transparency on individual pay bands and we share Total Rewards Statements with employees at every performance review cycle to show where their current compensation falls within the range for their role. We are committed to providing equitable and competitive compensation across all teams and positions. Like many in the tech industry, we’ve had to make tough decisions that led to restructuring. We believe these decisions have set Dutchie up for success going forward and to deliver impactful solutions for our customers. Thank you for your review!

The industry comes with some twists and turns, and our employees' ability to pivot and adapt is often necessary.       Smart, nice people, solid leadership

      Everyone I work with is competent/smart and nice Leadership seems on top of things and fairly accessible Interesting work Yearly priorities seem to be communicated clearer now and I better understand what and why the company is working on and how that will lead to success Remote work makes things flexible

      Cons

      Remote work can also be challenging to ensure people are on the same page There are some typical startup challenges like sometimes things feel disorganized, teams arent on the same page Being remote, especially initially, it's hard to figure out "how things work" at dutchie Personnel/HR changes are not communicated widely No 401k match
