      It's like working with a giant family.

      Still growing in a unstable cannabis industry which has it's downfalls now... but certainly wait it out and the perks will come.

      * Great people across the company to work with * Remote work and overall 'work hard/play hard' environment enables true work/life balance (it's not just a talking point like most companies) * Tons of opportunities to learn & grow - both in your career and as a person - as long as you are willing to raise your hand and get involved

      Cons

      * Cannabis is a tough industry * Change averse people will struggle here

      Love it at Dutchie

      Pros

      The people here are so wonderful, smart, and passionate about what they do. The flexibility of being able to work remotely has been a huge positive in my life and my family's life. The type of work and projects we get to do are also very interesting and provide room for growth within your career.
