      Some really great people working here, and a holistic company in terms of morals. Great events and perks.

      Dutchie grew very fast, the people who seem like hippies and full of love always keep their personal goals and bottom-line in mind. Internal competition is strong, and at times unfair

      Pros

      This company is making a difference and you actually feel like you are part of a movement. There is a lot of work to be done and the days FLY by. Everyone you work with is genuinely kind and people go out of their way to help you do YOUR job. It is a little bit amazing to be honest. I've worked for startups and enterprises and have a 30 year career under my belt and I've never been so happy professionally. If you get the opportunity to work here, do it. You will be busy - it is a startup - but you feel so good about the work you are doing that the it just doesn't matter. They do respect your personal time so you aren't working "after hours" unless you want to. Awesome company, highly recommend.

      No 401K matching (yet). Nothing else, they are amazing.
