Great people across all departments and Management really takes the time to develop talents.

Cons

Michigan City is relative small, but it's not too far from Chicago and boarders New Buffalo, MI - great tourist town especially in the summer.

Small enough to interact with everyone including upper management. Good Compensation. On the right track to grow into a very successful company. Quality products made in the USA.

Cons

Technologically outdated. There are lots of things that "have always been done this way" and should be updated. Communication between departments is difficult.
