Good pay gives you the opportunity to learn different cells and move around to other departments and really help our when other cells in the facility needs the help

Cons

The older employees are not so welcoming at all they make it very hard to learn your job because of the distraction of the way people treat you and not only if your skin is brown they let you know you are not welcome
