      Culture!! Everyone is truly working together to better the company and all opinions and suggestions are valued. People are extremely nice and helpful!

      If you don't like a fast pace environment, it might not be the place for you

      Pros

      Fun, fast paced, and caring environment. This company goes out of the way for their team members like no other company. Dynamic really lives by their core values unlike most other companies. Opportunities to grow happen on a daily basis and personal growth here is molded into the culture. Communication to the teams is really good compared to any other company i worked for. Doing good for the environment everyday is a top motivator for me.
