For instance, offering benefits eligibility the first of the month following a new team member's start date and three weeks paid time off in the first year make a significant impact on our team members and their families, which directly supports our mission. We have found that a secret to long term success is having the confidence to propel growth by hiring and promoting the right people, setting up systems for continuous improvement and building out a forward-looking and innovative culture that encourages courageous goals.
