The lab is both a moderate and high complexity lab and run by an excellent and knowledgeable lab team.

Cons

The only matrix is urine.

Very Disorganized... the women there are in cliques and will treat you poorly if you aren't in it... alot of favoritism... the management is horrible and unrealistic.. experience didn't matter when it came to compensation.. the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. I would never recommend working here.
