You will see 30 plus patients a day none stop no time to chart.

Pros

Thriving place to work and most patients are mild and patients but just in pain. Easy work for the most part. can be fun but it is a business. Half day Fridays.

Cons

Age differences can cause issues with employees from millennials to gen z'rs. Pay is ok for the area but could be better especially if you have a fam, fortunately i dont.

It a job to pay the bills

So many cons! So much drama! So many cliques! Crap health insurance! If you make one person mad then everyone ends up hating you and trying to get you out. They have a bad turn around as they go on firing sprees. Favoritism! No appreciation! Poor communication! Very hostile environment to work in but made complaint to higher ups and nothing was done. If you are at the bottom of the totem poll and not in a clique then you dont stand a chance. Management is clearly lost and this company is a joke!
