1. Average good salary in Bd 2. Good working environment 3. Flexible work time, work life balance 4. Good team lead (if you are not that unlucky) 5. Good food :3 6. No dress code

Cons

One corn i must say, they work with old technology. Sometimes Legacy codebase.

Pros

Friendly environment and free food all day long.

Cons

No guidance at all. This is basically a software company, but have started working in the hardware domain very recently. Management doesn't know how to manage a hardware team. They aren't focused and don't have a goal. They don't listen to advices from industry veterans, don't even know how to invest & have wasted a lot of money unnecessarily. They don't value their loyal employees.
