2ySorry, but you seem to have mixed up companies. DSi is known for its large pool of Java engineers. Out of the 250 employees, only a small team of 5-8 people work on .Net for a client.
On the "Pros" you have mentioned remote employment. Although a handful of engineers are remote, it's on special consideration. In general, we do not allow remote employment.
