Pros

1. Office time is flexible. 2. Unlimited tea, coffee, biscuits, free snacks in the evening, and a fully subsidized lunch. 3. Provides a great working environment. 4. Opportunity for self-development. 5. On-time salary and bonuses. 6. The increment process starts automatically. 7. Provides some facilities for entertainment.

Cons

1. You may find the "favoritism" issue with your team leader in the increment process. 2. Sometimes you will get an unnecessary workload. 3. A famous "gossip" group exists. Stay away from this group!! 4. Sometimes work-life balance gets disturbed. 5. QA does not get satisfactory increment (except the favorite one)

-Good work environment -Friendly colleagues -Great food

Cons

-No benefits(health, provident fund, transportation etc) -Salary is not standard according to the current market in Bangladesh -No salary adjustment after basic pay updates for juniors. So an engineer can work for 2 years, and after 2 years, his and a fresh graduate's salary will be basically the same

We have yearly reviews and increments for all. It's impossible to get the same salary as a fresher after 2 years of work. If your salary is the same as a fresher after 2 years, please talk with your team lead and HR to find out why.
