There is a good salary for freshers compared to most software companies, a friendly environment, and a flexible work hour.

Bad management. not very competitive yearly increment.

One of the best places to work but...

Pros

1. Office time is flexible. 2. Unlimited tea, coffee, biscuits, free snacks in the evening, and a fully subsidized lunch. 3. Provides a great working environment. 4. Opportunity for self-development. 5. On-time salary and bonuses. 6. The increment process starts automatically. 7. Provides some facilities for entertainment.

Cons

1. You may find the "favoritism" issue with your team leader in the increment process. 2. Sometimes you will get an unnecessary workload. 3. A famous "gossip" group exists. Stay away from this group!! 4. Sometimes work-life balance gets disturbed. 5. QA does not get satisfactory increment (except the favorite one)
