Lack of coordination in management. HR department is not efficient enough, maybe due to lack of experience. Lack of grooming and training of new employees

No guidance at all. This is basically a software company, but have started working in the hardware domain very recently. Management doesn't know how to manage a hardware team. They aren't focused and don't have a goal. They don't listen to advices from industry veterans, don't even know how to invest & have wasted a lot of money unnecessarily. They don't value their loyal employees.
