There are a lot of pros. I only can describe few of them. 1. They treat fresher very well in every possible way. 2. Friendly work environment. 3. Unlimited food, snacks at evening, unlimited tea, coffee. 4. Flexible work hour. 5. If you are good, you will be recognized for sure.
