Lack of coordination in management. HR department is not efficient enough, maybe due to lack of experience. Lack of grooming and training of new employees

They should be strict about work form home or work from office. It is a hassle to decide whether to carry office laptop to home or leave it to office.

Fear of subordinates surpassing them has led to hesitancy in providing equal growth opportunities, unjustly depriving deserving individuals of promotions and increments. 3. Limited Learning Opportunities: In a service-based setting like Dynamic Solution Innovators Ltd, non-proactive individuals face a learning challenge. The flat learning curve for those not actively exploring new knowledge confines professional growth to a specific set of technologies. 4. Promotion Process Biases: Promotions heavily rely on individual assessments, primarily by team leads, introducing concerns of biased evaluations influenced by personal insecurities. The lack of transparency in decision-making can demoralize employees and create a perceived lack of fairness, impacting overall satisfaction and hindering career development.
