      Pros

      Stockholm syndrome employees - not sure why anyone stays but those that do have a victim complex that is kind of SAD. Any employee, minus the ceo, in discussion with anyone else has their 4-500 war stories about the bloke. Everyone can't stand the guy and avoids him whenever possible. (I BELIEVE he knows this......but can't help himself.)

      Cons

      The ceo is a TERRIBLE human being who has somehow been able to keep the board from firing him. This is a classic example of someone with absolutely NO management experience MANAGING POEPLE. It would be okay if he had mentors OR a board with BALLS), but even then, he would not listen. Truly wretched behavior - I feel BAD for any who stay more than a month.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with! Everyone is super friendly. It isn't like any other production company I have worked for. Everyone is equally bonded together from the lack of respect they get from the CEO or their hatred of the man.

      Cons

      The CEO may be one of the worst people I have ever met in my life! It is obscene that I would be looking for a job, even taking a pay cut and a loss of benefits because I can't take working for this man another minute.

      Pros

      Very nice co workers, and I do enjoy doing my job.

      Cons

      CEO has to be the worst CEO in the country. He puts his employees down and makes them feel very little. He does not follow protocol on anything. He has horrible leadership skills, and thinks that everyone is beneath him. I also hate the fact that they hold your overtime pay that you work at the beginning of the month until your last paycheck of the month. I mean come on really, I am doing overtime because I need it now not my last pay check of the month. That should totally be against the law to hold someones pay until the end of the month. Also the pay days are the 15th and the 30th. Which means sometimes you have to wait three weeks for a paycheck.
