Pros

My co-workers are the ONLY reason I return to work. Don't want to let them down.

Cons

This is the most unorganized place I've EVER worked for. Nothing makes sense. They make huge changes to EVERY process on a daily and refuse to communicate that information to everyone that is assisting on the build. Jeff Mullen ALWAYS has suggestions on how to assemble and perform various steps in EVERY process and because he's the CEO what he says goes even when it doesn't make any sense. Normal things that will fail Quality Control standards he will tell us to let it pass just to make good numbers. He cares more about quantity verse quality. Our finished product looks and works like crap because he wants to ship product. Jeff's way of making things happen is to throw a lot of inexperienced people at a problem and hope for a good result. Is this man insane???? I can describe Dynamics as a house that a man builds but never finishes any rooms before starting to build another one....the foundation is half completed and yet he wants to start building the roof. It's a joke. He's rude to ALL of his employees and he takes advantage of good workers by making them stay over 24 hours to reach an unreasonable deadline. Jeff lies to ALL of his investors....claiming that we are able to produce a certain amount of product when we aren't even equipped to produce half of that amount. This company is full of lies and deceit. I actually feel sorry for ALL the new employees recently hired because they don't have a clue to what they are about to endure. I won't be here to much longer.... Jeff Mullen is going to be responsible for his company failing

Worst CEO experience ever

Pros

Only working programs at company are those where employees -- both senior and middle management -- create skunkwork projects invisible to CEO (Jeff Mullen). Universal distrust of CEO bonds all employees. We want it to succeed but CEO undermines all trust, initiative, culture and spirit.

Cons

Having worked here for a little over two years, I'm not sure I'll list Dynamics on my resume. As a senior tech executive, I had many options and was impressed by the investment raised, board and staff I met initially. What occurred next is a tragedy for everyone past and present at Dynamics Inc, getting to know the CEO. Walking down the hallway, he'd find some reason to call you out for weakness (even first day), then you walk 10 feet away and other employees would be badmouthing him for his bad decisions and systemic volatility. This general employee distrust benchmarks the company in every division. Not one person I know does not have a resume in play and will share that with others. One senior lead went as far to call the CEO "It," as in: "We should finish this meeting before 'It' shows up." That may seem funny, but it simplifies the amount of vitriol pointed at this CEO. No growth is allowed unless "Jeff" created it, and all deals are "Jeff's," meaning they're terrible deals for the company and any partners. If the CEO had some experience in management, or if the Board of Directors were to step up to remove him, Dynamics would be at the top of the payments ecosystem, without a doubt. Great technology frustrated by the epitome of a terrible CEO.

Terrible Place to Work

Pros

There are many good people working at Dynamics Inc., and they try their best despite the enormous challenges created by the current CEO. With better leadership at the top, the company could be very successful.

Cons

Dynamics Inc. is by far the most unpleasant and least rewarding place I have ever worked. The company is highly dysfunctional due to the incredibly poor leadership of the current CEO. The current CEO insists on complete control of all company operations, from human resources to software and hardware design, despite having little or no experience, knowledge or natural talent in many of these areas. The CEO has created a culture of fear and completely destroyed morale. Employees are expected to work very long hours and are even regularly encouraged to pull all-nighters, mostly as a result of poor planning and a lack of resources.
