Pros

Company invests a great deal of time and effort in personnel and personnel development. Staff is composed of absolute experts. I can honestly say that I have ever worked among a cadre that was more dedicated to a purpose and uniquely qualified to deliver that I have at Dynamis.

Pros

Great company to work for with opportunities in different branches of the government. Good/decent benefits, employee growth and ideas encouraged by the management for employee development. Good incentives and great at partying on its two time a year events. Holds learning seminars for its employees at the CHQ and has an open door policy. Cares for its employees.

Cons

At times very hard to meet/communicate with employees occupied over various sites due to nature of business/locations. Sometimes opportunities are hard to come by so if you're not patient enough, it's hard to see yourself grow.

Very engaged with the employees If you work at Corporate they do a lot for the employees and try to treat people well

Cons

If not at corporate, they tend to forget about you Pretty cheap when it comes to salaries and raises
