I was very privileged to work with great management and colleagues. My manager and team worked collectively to ensure each others' success. Very humane treatment that went beyond quantifiable metrics.

Cons

The pay for similar roles within the company - at a similar level/experience - was very inconsistent. When compared against the market, the pay was below/on the lower end.
