We’d like to clarify some of the points you raised: Pay and Promotions: We understand that pay is important. We review salaries regularly to keep them fair and competitive within the market. We also work to provide promotions and raises based on merit and performance, so that contributions are recognized and rewarded. Global Operations: As a company with offices in different countries, we’re proud to support a diverse team. However, we do not outsource roles in a way that replaces existing jobs or managers. Our focus is on building strong teams both locally and globally, in all the regions we operate in. Bankruptcy: Dynata went through one bankruptcy in 2024 as part of a financial restructuring plan to reduce debt and strengthen the company.
