Pros

Company has some much potential and growth. Lots of room for growth opportunities within the company. Benefits are good. Most people are nice and easy to work with. Pay is good and competitive.

Cons

Communication could be better. Some departments are very siloed and are hard to work with.

UK is not well connected in the industry, poorest partner strategy (not from lack of trying by local team) and not a realistic view on the market at the moment.
