Pros

Salary is okay, not the greatest! Safety is a core value which is good. The company is working hard to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Cons

There is little training for new hires, you have to learn on the job and some colleagues get irritated when you ask questions or follow up on issues! I've seen one or two leaders who seem clueless or disconnected from the team they supposedly head, i find that strange! It appears that being in the head office (Salt Lake) will give one a higher chance of growth and visibility, all other locations seem irrelevant in my personal opinion.

Pros

Self-reliant in most of our raw materials, some are sourced from overseas and very difficult to get currently. This allows best practices to be used in pricing.

Cons

Change over of people and practices.
