Pros

Dyno is a good place to work. There are many dedicated employees there who have been there quite a few years. Generally the culture is good though not much for building a team.

Cons

The compensation was middle of the road. The changes and influence from the Australian parent company was not a good thing. They would make some pretty rash decisions that would effect employees. Avoid the Aussies!

Pros

It's a supportive and friendly team and there is a bonus system that pays out. The company actually sets goals.

Cons

Not enough training. There's a lot of information and systems to understand and you have to find your way a bit on your own
