Most people are great to work with. Work/Life balance is good. Most managers are understanding when it comes to personal issues.

Cons

For a world wide company who deals with explosives... very unorganized Very little recognition. There is never money in the budget to do anything. Pay is not so great. Very little communication from management. A lot of office politics.

My direct supervisor / boss (VP level) was very unsupportive when sites / site facilitators pushed back, resisting change, and assistance from corporate resources.
