I've received bonus this year but I know most people dont. Thankful that my boss supports me but I cant share this information in office and its weighing on my mind. Free lunch everyday.

Cons

Mandate back to office. HR not doing anything for people but actively tracking attendance. Nothing is aligned, but people are forced to work OT to cover more regions after layoffs. They then have to return back to office the next day for collaboration when none of the stakeholders are in Singapore lol. Everything is now rushed and then halted last min due to management. Compassionate leaves is nerfed, and they secretly remove study leaves. Increment is a pathetic 3-4%. In the event you get promoted you get 5% lol.
