      Pros

      The people working along side you, the time off, but thats about it unfortunately

      Cons

      I was with Dyson for over a third of my total working life, and so much changed for the sake of saving money. Tech's and Site Supervisor's aren't paid nearly enough, raises don't compete with the cost of living increases, charging customers just for inspecting a unit feels like we lost the point of WHY Dyson was great, interoffice politics wind up trickling down hurting the lower staff, in my final weeks at Dyson 3 people put in their resignation and not a single one was asked what could be changed. It breaks my heart to see how far this company has fallen.

      Pros

      Brand is strong still but its equity is slowly deteriorating.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment- toxic to the point that they make you sick. They consolidated markets ( closed offices, fired everyone in Austria, Switzerland, Nordics) hoping they can turn around the business- well that lasted a quarter. They are unable to bring disruptive innovations and win the hearts and minds of consumers as in the past. Wrong products like the headphones, and wrong prices with Robot over 1.000 for no innovative or competitive technology. Leadership has buried their heads deep in the ground. Teams are unmotivated, suffering and looking for new jobs. The arrogance and lack of empathy is second to none. Disgusted by sr leadership. Have discouraged multiple talents across the globe who wanted to apply. This is a company that will turn your life in living HELL.
