      Decrease in pay, lack of communication, broken systems

      Able to work at home 2 days a week

      Cons

      Took away ability to be remote Makes false claims and promises, was expecting an increase in pay and got a decrease. Yelled at daily due to not having back end teams available to review any documentation submitted by clients. 4 months pending documents on high net worth client that the customer service reps have to get to take the brute of.

      Pros

      Great managers, for the most part the co-workers were great as well.

      Cons

      They pay is horrible for what you have to endure. The hours for scheduling are not good & you have to change your schedule every few months, without the possibility of keeping a schedule you like or sometimes even getting the one you desire. They cut your pay if you don't pass exams, which I understand but it is when you take the job that isn't divulged. The back to back to back phone calls from cx's are exhausting especially when you get reprimanded if you spend more than 30 seconds taking a breather between calls. Managers try to help but sometimes when you ask questions it takes 20 minutes to get an answer from them while you have a client on the line. overall, this job was horrible for my mental and physical health.

      Flexible work schedule, great tools & technology, great support from call centers which help create a seamless client experience, decent base salary with opportunities to earn significant commissions.

      Cons

      Manager wasn’t very helpful with coaching or training for success, merger with Morgan Stanley could have been better, frustrating integration into the company, significant changes to compensation when Morgan Stanley took over
