Pros

Good pay for inexperienced people. Loves to hire vets, disabled, elderly, ethnic, and trans,

Cons

Will not use experienced peoples’ knowledge to forward the project. Will play favorites instead of respecting seniority or mastery. A 6 day 60 hour week is treated as a privilege. Management pushes leads to break rules to finish job faster. Seasoned people as expected to train new hires and then later are passed by them in pay and position.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Overview - One of the worst engineering firm there is. The culture is simple, if you’re not billable, you’ll be halfway out the door. Privately owned firm, but cutthroat mentality. Management - The worst. It’s simply musical chair with executives. They either resign or are fired within a year or two. Executives are not driven, and typically old retired PGE or SoCalGas employees that have many years of experience and connections, but do not understand small operating process. They are picked for to bring in additional business, but can’t produce. Employees - The employees are great, but they are much tired of management, and morale is very low, which produced a lot of turnover. Your value in this company comes from connections, not from your work capabilities. Benefits - Terrible. Federal holidays are not honored here. You will have to take your accrued PTO hours instead of holidays. Health benefits are minimal. 401K match depends on the health of the company. If you have a family, this is NOT a company for you.
