      The company gas a great 401k program and they pay very well.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management. Lots of turnover. Lots of promises with little to no follow through.

      Pros

      The coworkers are generally knowledgeable, talented, and easy going. The work can be interesting.

      Cons

      It is a small company with all of the drama inherent in that. Managers can be "out of sight, out of mind" if you work remotely. If your work dries up, you are likely to be laid off rather than carried on overhead and found new work.
