Project Managers have no idea what is going on which results in constantly being cursed and yelled at by the customer, the HR at the Ashburn office is almost non-existent as they only support management. The harder you work the more work you have to do that is the responsibility of the management, there is no culture as you work next to and walk past management all day in the office yet they make no eye contact or don't even say Hi or Good morning which makes for a very awkward work environment. They will make promises when interviewing but once you leave your previous company and start they change everything they talked to you about when interviewing.

Too concerned with DEI and PC to pay attention to proper work. More worried about image as a leader in minority hires and social consciousness than making a name for themselves and hiring actual hard working, honest people. More afraid about feelings than getting people to actually care about doing a good job. God forbid you try to get employees and contract workers to be accountable for their actions. I had 2 managers in the short time I was there and only one had a strong sense of responsibility and you ran him off.
