Steady work. Check is always in the account. Meet some pretty cool people. There is opportunity to grow if you know which persons shoe to shine.

Cons

Management has favorites. They don’t give raises without sacrifice. You must work above your title for a significant amount of time prior to being paid the respected amount.

Good for someone with zero experience.

Cons

Lead techs were put in place completely at random due to the extremely high turnover rate. The mistakes that are made due to the complete lack of experience usually costs an entire day or more to correct. The day starts with threats of being "walked off site" for nothing. The leads have propped themselves up like some kind of thuggish gang. Private conversations between employees somehow get reported. Haven't figured that one out yet People are fired for simply expressing criticism of how employees are treated. They refuse any suggestions on how to improve production. Making a suggestion is met with aggression. One employees was walked up to HR to be written up for saying the leads are hard to find throughout the day, which was a 100% accurate observation. It just goes and gets worse from there. If you're trying to break into the low voltage industry you will not learn anything working for E2. The tech rating they give you internally only applies inside of E2 and is worthless in the real world of low voltage.
