As indicated in the employer note above, "2016 saw a significant number of our Technicians develop and promote to Lead Technicians, having received coaching and feedback that enabled them to advance in their careers". E2 Optics offers 4 different technical levels in our structured cabling business alone, before moving to a management position. Additionally, with offerings to our customers which include data center installations and specialization in AV, Security Services and Wireless spanning 13 different locations around the world, we believe we offer a multitude of opportunities.

Pros

Very engaging work environment. Challenges are there everyday for people who enjoy them. Potential for learning and promotion is immense.

Cons

Pay is not very competitive. The company doesn't seem to work out very well for folks that are used to work in a very tightly structured setting.

Thanks very much for your feedback. Regarding pay, most of our Project Managers received rate adjustments during the course of 2016, and we continue to monitor what is going on in the market. At E2 Optics, we know that each employee relationship is a partnership. We are committed to attracting and keeping talented individuals at a competitive rate. We are not clear on how to interpret "very tightly structured setting" but would be interested to learn more. Finally, 2016 saw a significant number of our Technicians develop and promote to Lead Technicians, having received coaching and feedback that enabled them to advance in their careers.
