Pros

Besides the CEO, everyone else at the company is amazing. Unfortunately, that isn't enough to make the company succeed.

Cons

The CEO is completely out of touch with reality and is impossible to work with. She is completely lazy and makes constant demands to attempt to appear busy. Instead, she causes havoc whenever she actually comes into the office. The company needs a serious overhaul in terms of direction before they drive themselves into the ground.

Pros

Great people to work with, and understanding management for personal time needed. A great bunch to work with.

Cons

Management only promotes those that goes out drinking with them and overlooks/fires some of the best techs that I've ever worked with in my 2yr 9months with the company.

Family Friendly! Employee friendly! Flexible and great work. This is one of the best employers I have ever worked for. They support good ideas and encourage us to build our careers. They offer good benefits and a casual work environment. Good PTO and my manager is very involved in my career.

We are thrilled to hear that you like your job at E2 Optics and feel comfortable 'bragging' about it. Benefits are a very expensive part of any company's compensation and benefit package. We do understand the struggle and evaluate our benefit package annually with our benefit team and senior management. We actively look for the best options for coverage with pricing alternatives.
