Good environment, most people have a friendly attitude Good Pay vs Mexican market (specially if you travel) A lot of travel (if you work here you have to like travelling)

Cons

Software is company specific (not very useful elsewhere) A lot of travel (maybe too much travel actually) Long hours even while travelling
