A lot of travelling (plus - if you like it and do not have family) Great people in the company

Cons

Not much of possibility to develop yourself if you reach certain level. Knowledge learned in some departments useless outside the company.

Lots to learn in terms of industry 4.0 and industry environments as a whole. If you have the opportunity, travels are good too.

Cons

Bad management. Unorganized projects, quite chaotic. Bad salaries according to position responsability, requirements, and company wealth. Burned out.
