      Royall is a factory environment

      Pros

      Royall has free parking, an onsite cafe and an open office layout -- nice if you like that sort of thing.

      Cons

      Royall used to be a great place to work, but I finally had to through in the towel after six years. The company is now little more than a marketing materials factory. Creative work used to be appreciated and occasionally rewarded, but not now. If you take a job here, be prepared for indentured servitude.

      Everyone is tired and underpaid

      It's a paycheck twice per month

      Cons

      No work stipend for remote work in well over a year. Leadership pretends to care about DEI, but show we one LatinX or African American in an executive position there. Most people are underpaid, and the turnover rates are growing. Leadership doesn't have a clear vision or plan for the adult learner business.
