We're happy you had a good experience here. We are sorry to see you go. This has been a challenging year for the semi-conductor market, though many of the other markets we support continue to be strong. We are optimistic about a rebound in early 2024.

Pros

Smart people work here, also most of them are nice! The company has always cared about the employee future, with lots of recent improvements. Before it was just your manners who care, at least that’s all it appears. Now there are programs in the company to help people progress. Great training here, because there are industry technical leaders here among us, any trouble you run into, someone has seen it before, and will land you a hand!

Cons

Some minor areas to improve, record keeping is one of them. It sure feels some knowledge are in people’s mind only… management skills varies a lot between managers! Seems lack of training for some new managers. Well, if you are good of managing yourself then no issue! Last one is no clear vision of the company future, and positioning in the industry. Looks like it just focused on $ short term, I am sure it is not the case because it is a large enough company, just the vision is not communicated to us.
