Pros
Very good analytical instruments and well maintained. A few people are nice and good to chat with. Birthday cake tastes pretty good. If you do not have any other offers then maybe take this one.
Cons
It is a sweatshop for science Ph.D. that has no-where else to go. No respect for employee from management. Customer think you are technitians for high tech industry. Extremely political management. Management is doing a great job at squeezing employee.
