The engagement with the client is really just about giving them data and not solving their issue.

At EAG, we have a bi-modal nature to our engagement with clients: transactional for routine and high volume work and project management for in depth engagement and problem solving. In 2022 we formed a PM group specifically to address customers who need a deeper engagement.
