Pros

Flexible work environment, generous and considerate lower-level management. Decent pay, overtime opportunity is abundant, and quarterly bonuses given (based on quarterly production/performance).

Cons

Higher level management is in a bit of disarray. A clear lack of leadership resulting in obfuscated metrics of evaluation. Since the company is run under the larger umbrella that is Eurofins (and even by our sister lab EAG), much of the key decision makers/influencing power-that-be are not within easy reach. Though the salary is competitive enough, it could be better as places like AMAT and Broadcom offer much higher base pay.
