I had an amazing experience here at NanoLab Tech and even though I hated leaving, I’m grateful for the time I spent here and everything I learned while working here. There are very few experiences I’ve had in my life that I’ve come out on the other side of with absolutely zero regrets, and working at NanoLab Tech has been one of them. It’s not a perfect company and that’s not what I’m saying at all, but I chose to give it 5 stars because in comparison to a lot of other similar companies, it’s one of the best there is. Very few employers would go to such lengths for their employees, and I always knew that the people running the show here always wanted whatever was best for me. Obviously they hoped that would always be working here at NanoLab Tech, but even when it was clear that it wasn’t, they were nothing but supportive and encouraging. I appreciate that commitment to being so compassionate and caring, and I appreciate everything I gained from my experience here. It’s been a journey and I know that I’ll forever be grateful for every single minute of it.

Cons

I can’t think of a single thing I would consider a con. It’s a unique work environment and one that is not for everyone, but unless you actually give it a chance you’ll never know whether or not you’re a good fit and whether or not it’ll be the company you end up working for your whole life or just a few years. Either way, if you do it right, I doubt you’ll regret it. I know I don’t.

I learned a lot and enjoyed working with all of my coworkers. There was always something new to work on so I never got bored and, all in all, I’d say I got a lot out of this experience.

Cons

There just aren’t enough opportunities to move up and really make a name for yourself.
