4yThank you for your feedback. I'm happy to hear that you got the support you needed. I"m not sure what you meant by the comment about more structure that is needed. Our VP has been working with the team there to provide them with additional leadership training and coaching and we have recently introduced additional Leads to help with daily assignments and questions.
