2020 wasn’t easy for anybody. Nanolab wasn’t immune to the ravishes of the virus but at the end of the day we’re still here and we’re still going strong. Things aren’t quite as good as they used to be but I have a feeling that once we hit late 2021 or at the very least 2022 we’ll see a return to normalcy.

Cons

You can only move so far up before you hit a wall. It’s just the nature of the industry. You have no control over it.

One year here was worth more than every year of schooling combined! Fantastic learning opportunity! I cannot recommend this place enough to recent graduates especially!

Cons

They’re pretty set in their ways, so not a great long-term option if you want a more modern work environment.

So I encourage you to stick it out! Many of our long term employees say that the main reason they stay at EAG is because they are always learning, always working on new techniques. This year, we are also putting emphasis on innovation. I'm sure your manager would love to hear your ideas on "modernizing" the workplace.
