Pros

Before starting with EAG 3+ years ago I always used to wonder if that concept of "do something you love and you will never work a day in your life," was only in fairy tales but no joke I am definitely there working at EAG. The company culture and passion for each employee to succeed is 2nd to none.

Cons

Not a single one. Not when it comes to the work environment or the management team or my coworkers. I can’t think of a single one.

Pros

I think because of all the reviews I read online I went into my job here with extremely low expectations. I was happily surprised when the company didn’t just meet, but well surpassed every expectation I’d had. It’s a much better place to work than some of the reviews on here would have you believe. I’m not sure who’s writing the 1-star reviews, but they’re either working at a different company entirely or they’re the kind of people who think the whole world is personally out to get them.

Cons

None. I haven’t experienced a single one.

Thank you for your comments. I would agree with you; it's confusing and frustrating to read some of those comments. I'm certainly grateful that you came to work with us and that you have had such a positive experience. EAG is committed to providing meaningful, challenging work for its employees. We take great pride in the service we provide for our many customers. And it's all because of dedicated employees like you!

Pros

The ideal work environment if you like to learn. Constantly learning and applying that new knowledge is an essential part of succeeding at Nanolab. Additionally, they get two thumbs up for being a great all around company. Never had any issues with anybody, management or otherwise. I left on good terms.

Cons

Heavy emphasis on meeting tight deadlines.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you are learning a lot. That is one aspect of EAG that appeals to a lot of people - the variety of work and the ability to always be learning. I'm not sure there's anything I can comment on in terms of the emphasis on meeting tight deadlines, as we do very exacting, demanding work for our customers and deadlines are often tight. In terms of needing breathing room, I would definitely recommend that you use your 30/30 monthly coaching session as an opportunity to voice your concerns and to discuss alternate ways of communicating...
